AI phone agent
Answers, qualifies, books, and records every call with the caller told up front.
No outbound auto-calling. Disabled for TCPA/FTSA compliance.
Start: $499/mo + $500 setupFront desk bundle
The phone agent plus the AI chat agent on your site and lead automation behind both. Every call, chat and form answered, qualified and routed. A la carte $947/mo plus $1,750 setup.
Same rules: AI disclosed on every call, no outbound auto-calling.
Start the bundle: $799/mo + $1,000 setupThe $500 setup is a build: your calls, the flow, testing, live on your number. The bundle's $1,000 setup covers all three builds. Phone covers up to 300 answered calls a month, then $1 per call.
It answers on the first ring and finishes the job.
- Answers every call immediately, even when you're already on a job.
- Qualifies each caller: what the job is, where it is, whether you take it.
- Books the appointment, or hands off cleanly when it can't.
- Records and transcribes every call, and says so at the top of the call, so nothing depends on memory.
The $500 setup is a build, not an activation fee.
- 1. Your calls, first. What actually comes in, what you charge, what you don't do.
- 2. The flow. Greeting, disclosure, qualifying questions, booking rules, escalation paths.
- 3. Testing. I call it myself, repeatedly, from the awkward angles.
- 4. Live, with your number. Your existing number stays yours.

Just talked to Amanda? Tell me what your phone should be doing that it isn't: calls missed after hours, quotes that never get booked, a front desk that can't keep up. I'll reply within one business day with what the build looks like for your business and what it costs: $500 setup, $499/mo.

What does it cost?
$499 a month, plus a $500 one-time setup. That covers up to 300 answered calls a month; past that, $1 per call. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
Can I hear it before I buy anything?
Yes. The demo on this page is the same class of agent I would build for you, not a recording. You can also hear a real three-minute call to Amanda on my own line, with the transcript and my notes on what she got right and wrong.
Does it tell people it is AI?
Every call, and it says the call is recorded before anything else. Outbound auto-calling is deliberately disabled for TCPA/FTSA compliance.
What happens on a call it cannot handle?
It hands off rather than guessing. Transfer, take a message, or book a callback, decided during the build.
Is a flat fee cheaper than a per-call answering service?
It depends on volume. Below a handful of calls a month it may not be. Smith.ai’s $300/mo plan covers 30 calls, then $11.50 per call over (source: smith.ai/pricing).
Does it speak Spanish?
Yes. The production line this demo is cloned from runs an English agent and a Spanish agent side by side.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your existing number stays yours; calls route to the agent and back to you or your team on the rules we set in the build.
Who owns it?
You do. The scripts, the call recordings, the transcripts and the lead data are yours, and month-to-month means you can walk with them.
