This Privacy Policy describes how Eric Vincent Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you use this website, call our phone line, or request our services. Eric Vincent Consulting is operated by Eric Vincent.

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:

• The page you submitted the form from

We do not collect payment information through this website, and this site does not have user accounts.

How We Use Your Information

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. They are delivered to Eric Vincent through Web3Forms and Make.com, and are read only by Eric. We do not sell or rent your personal information. The only third parties that receive any of it are the delivery and measurement services listed under Cookies and Tracking below, including a hashed version of your email address or name sent to Google Ads when a form is submitted.

Phone Line and AI Phone Agent

Our phone number, (239) 667-6583, is answered by an AI phone agent built on Retell. Calls to this line may be recorded and transcribed to answer your questions, route your call, and improve the service. If you would rather not be recorded, you can say so on the call or reach us by email instead.

Website Demos: "Talk to Amanda" and Chat Widget

This site includes a "Talk to Amanda" web-call demo and a chat widget, both powered by Retell through our site's own API. Conversations you have with these demos are processed to generate a response and may be logged for quality and improvement purposes.
