I build and run the lead machine I use for my own two businesses.
I own a pest control franchise in Boca and Fort Lauderdale, and I run the marketing for a group cruise agency. I do not hand either one to an agency. I run the tracking, the phones and the ads myself, and I want to do the same for your business.
Figures on this page were checked on 2026-11-06 from the live accounts. They are my results in my markets, not a promise about yours.
You pay for clicks and cannot tell which ones become customers.
Most local service owners I talk to have an ad account, a website and a phone. They get a monthly report that says clicks and impressions. What they cannot answer is which calls came from the ads, which calls got answered, and which quote requests went cold.
When I looked at my own Google Ads account, it reported 10 conversions where only 5 were real. The account was counting some of them twice. If I had trusted the dashboard I would have kept spending on a number that was half fiction.
Five pieces, all running on my pest control business now.
- Tracking that counts real leads. I audited the conversion setup and removed the double counting, so each lead counts once.
- An AI receptionist. It answers every inbound call, tells callers it is an AI assistant, and can quote a price on the call. In October and November 2026 it closed two $125 a month bi-weekly sign-ups by phone.
- An instant quote tool. A visitor enters an address and sees a price without waiting for a call back.
- Left mid-quote alerts. If someone starts a quote and stops, the tool captures what they entered and sends me an alert, so I can follow up while they still care.
- Weekly numbers. One short report: spend, real leads, cost per lead and what happened to them.
You can hear a real call to the receptionist before you decide anything.
What the accounts show, with dates.
Pest control franchise, Google Ads, last 30 days to 2026-11-06
Search plus a pay-per-lead Performance Max campaign.
5 real leads, about $58 per lead.
3 leads (2 calls, 1 message). One call signed up for bi-weekly service at $125 a month, so that sign-up pays back the campaign spend in about 2 months.
Group cruise agency, Google Ads, 90 days to 2026-11-06
90 days.
About $32 per lead.
$2.08 per click.
Supported
- The spend, lead counts and cost per lead above, from the live accounts
- Two phone sign-ups closed by the receptionist, Oct to Nov 2026
- The double-counting fix: 10 reported, 5 real
Not supported
- That your market repeats these costs per lead
- That every lead became a customer
- A long-run payback figure, since 30 days is a short window
What you get in the first month.
- Week one: I audit your ad account, call tracking and forms, and fix anything that miscounts or drops leads.
- Week two: your phone is covered by the receptionist on rules we agree, with a summary to you after every call.
- Week three: a quote request path that captures partial leads and alerts you when someone leaves mid-quote.
- Week four: your first weekly numbers: spend, real leads, cost per lead, and what I would change next.
It is a fixed monthly fee, quoted after a short call.
Local service businesses where the phone is the front door.
A good fit
- Pest, lawn, pool, roofing, HVAC, cleaning and similar trades
- You already spend on ads or want to start
- You have room to take on more jobs
Not a fit
- Other Mosquito Shield franchisees. I do not pitch them.
- Businesses with no capacity for new work
- Anyone who wants a guaranteed cost per lead
Tell me what should be working that isn't. I'll reply within one business day.
Tell me your trade, what you spend on ads now and how calls get answered. I will reply within one business day, and the first call is about what I would look at in your numbers.

Direct answers.
Will you promise me a cost per lead?
No. Mine are from my own businesses and my own markets. I will show you how I measure them and what I would measure on yours.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly fee, quoted after a short call once I know your trade, your area and what is already in place.
Do I have to switch my phone number or my website?
No. Your number stays yours and calls route to the receptionist on rules we set together. I work with the site you have unless it is the thing blocking leads.
Is this for any business?
Local service businesses where the phone and a quote request are the front door. I do not take on other Mosquito Shield franchisees.
