- Which counties resolve to a real lot size?
- The lookup only covers Florida. Broward and Palm Beach counties resolve fastest and most reliably, straight off the county property appraiser records. Every other Florida county falls back to the state's statewide parcel database, which is slower and occasionally misses. Outside Florida, or when an address cannot be matched, the widget shows the base price as a starting estimate instead of a wrong number.
- What happens when the address lookup fails?
- The widget never blocks on a failed lookup. It shows your configured base price labeled as a starting estimate, and the visitor can still submit. Nothing breaks, nothing hangs.
- Is any customer data stored?
- No. The widget makes one read-only lookup call per address typed and computes the price in the visitor's own browser. No address, name, or contact detail is written to a database by this widget. Wiring it to your own lead form or CRM is on you, same as any embed.
- Does this replace my sales team?
